Our work is for you to observe your emotional life and understand what drives you. You are then in a position to decide if you want to change your life, or not. I am a Senior Counsellor in the NHS and work with patients on an open-ended or short-term basis. I supervise trainee and experienced clinicians. Before training in psychodynamic work with adults, I spent 15 years in the corporate world. I hold a Masters of Science in Psychodynamic Counselling from Birkbeck, London University and a Diploma in Supervision from the Society of Analytical Psychology. I work with anxiety and depression.
