Anne McKay

I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist, trained at the Tavistock and Portman NHS trust in adult psychoanalytic psychotherapy (M1), forensic psychotherapy and psychoanalytic approaches to organisational dynamics.

I have 25 years experience working for the NHS, and am currently working in adult psychotherapy and perinatal psychotherapy at the Maudsley Hospital. In previous posts I have worked as a clinical psychologist in adult and perinatal mental health in community mental health, psychiatry, forensic and primary care settings. In addition I have been involved in the practice, supervision and training in Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (16 sessions). I am currently part of the initiative to extend DIT for Complex Care in secondary care in the NHS.

At present I have a vacancy for intensive psychoanalytic psychotherapy (2-3 times weekly) starting from Autumn 2023.

I currently have no vacancies for supervision.
